Wonders of a non-modified 300D: 66x8' exposures in four separate nights, with transparency varying from mediocre to awful (mag 5 down to mag 4). Is0 400, Celestron 8 f 6.3. The low red sensitivity of the unmodded 300D required a very long exposure (almost 9 hours in 4 different nights), but it enhanced the subtle colour differences. 66X8' iso 400. Asinh stretching with Iris, wavelet filtering for the nebula central area, final curves and levels in Photoshop CS.
